How to Request Account Deletion
- Fill out the form below with your account email and reason for deletion (optional but appreciated).
- Click "Submit Deletion Request" to send us your request.
- We will contact you via email to verify your request.
- Your account will be deactivated immediately upon verification.
What Happens to Your Data
When you request account deletion, the following will occur:
- Immediate Deletion: Your profile information, app history, and personal data will be removed from our active systems.
- 30-Day Retention: Your data will be kept in our backup systems for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
- Data We Retain: We may retain certain information as required by law, including:
- Transaction records for financial reporting
- Records of any violations of our Terms of Service
- Information required for legal compliance
